  2. It's 250-300 g of Beef Mince *Pork Mince or Chicken Mince.

  4. You need 1/4 cup of Peas, Corn, diced Carrot or Vegetables of your choice.
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of Oil.
  6. Prepare of Flour.
  7. Prepare of Salt, Pepper & Curry Powder.
  8. Prepare of Egg(s).
  9. You need of Panko Bread Crumbs.
  10. It's of Oil for deep frying.

  5. Coat with Flour, then dip in lightly whisked Egg(s) to coat, and finally coat with Panko Crumbs..
  6. Heat deep frying Oil to around 180℃ and fry the patties for 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned..
